Technik: Gesprungener zweifach Apchagi (zwei Tritte im Sprung ) 3. Technik: Gesprungener dreifach Apchagi (drei Tritte im Sprung) 4. Technik: Gesprungener vierfach Apchagi (vier Tritte im Sprung) Technik 3 und 4 sind nur für den fortgeschrittenen Schüler, der die entsprechende Muskulatur über jahrelanges Training aufgebaut hat. Die Verletzungsgefahr für Anfänger ist entsprechend hoch.
